I formed a lifelong passion for horses at the age of five when I first convinced my parents to let me take riding lessons. I have been riding and training horses in a variety of disciplines ever since. I often like to combine my two passions, writing and horses, which is why a lot of my writing projects have a horse angle to them.

Right now much of my writing time is devoted to novels and screenplays. I also continue to write on the subject of equine education and careers through Horse Schools, my column, and other freelance articles on the subject.

I travel nationwide to various horse expos giving my seminars on equine education and careers. Please check my events page for where I’ll be in 2009. Most of my time for 2009 has been spent working on exciting new projects that I will announce when they are close to completion. 

I currently live in California, with my husband and two daughters.
